Hi, I’m Minako Horaguchi—an educator, certified life coach, and NLP practitioner supporting people through Ikigai-based transformation.
I was born and raised in the peaceful countryside of Takayama, Japan, where simplicity, nature, and connection were part of daily life. Those early values continue to shape my work today.

With over 20 years of experience in education, I’ve walked alongside individuals through growth and change. I’ve always asked:
"What allows each of us to truly flourish?"
That question led me to Ikigai—our reason for being.
